Wildmakers, Metic Carmenere 2018 – Colchagua Valley, Chile
Info: One of the oldest biodynamic vineyards of the Colchagua Valley, these grapes are from sustainably grown 30 year old vines. Hand picked then fermented with wild yeast and matured in concrete tanks.
Tasting notes: Green bell pepper, green chillies, black fruits (black plum, blackcurrant) and a herbal finish. Medium tannin and medium to full body.
Pairing: White meat, light starters or as an aperitif.
