Sameirás 2016 – Sousón, Caíño, Brancellao (DO Ribeiro)
Info: Third generation business from a very humble family that worked as carpenters until they saved enough money to buy more land and finally fully dedicate to their passion. A truly man-made wine.
Tasting notes: Very aromatic with black cherries, raspberries, herbs (lavender, mint), toasted and balsamic notes. Silky low tannins, medium bodied and very fresh.
Pairing: Tapas, red meats with forest berry sauces, quail.
